You can permanently delete your TrickrGo account and all associated personal data directly from the app. This page explains what gets deleted, what data may be retained, and how to complete the process.
Alternatively, email support@trickrgo.com from your registered email address or phone number with the subject "Delete My Account", and our team will process the request on your behalf.
We may retain certain information as required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes — such as transaction records needed for tax and accounting purposes. This data is retained only as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose.
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
