TrickrGo
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the
TrickrGo or TrickrGo Partner apps operated by TrickrGo ("we", "our", "us").
By creating an account or using any feature of either app, you agree to
be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
1. Who Can Use TrickrGo
You must be at least 18 years old to use TrickrGo apps. By registering,
you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you
have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- TrickrGo (customer app) — for vehicle owners booking automotive services
- TrickrGo Partner — for automotive workshops and service professionals managing their business
2. Account Registration
- You register using your mobile phone number via OTP verification
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account
- You may not create accounts for others without their consent
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law or regulation
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information about yourself, your vehicle, or your business
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, workshop staff, or TrickrGo personnel
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the apps or backend systems
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the apps
- Post or transmit offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
4. Service Bookings (Customer App)
- Bookings made through TrickrGo are requests to the selected workshop; they are confirmed once the workshop accepts them
- Actual service quality, turnaround time, and pricing are the responsibility of the individual workshop
- TrickrGo acts as a platform connecting customers with workshops and is not a party to the service contract between them
- You must ensure your vehicle information is accurate when booking
5. Workshop Services (Partner App)
- Workshop partners are independent businesses and are solely responsible for the services they provide
- Partners must comply with all applicable laws, safety regulations, and professional standards
- Partners agree to honour accepted bookings in good faith and to communicate promptly with customers
- TrickrGo reserves the right to remove a workshop from the platform for repeated customer complaints or policy violations
6. Payments & Fees
- Service payments are made directly between customers and workshops; TrickrGo is not a payment processor
- Any platform subscription fees for TrickrGo Partner are billed as described in the Partner onboarding materials and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Pricing displayed in the app is indicative; final pricing is confirmed by the workshop before service
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customers may cancel a booking before the workshop begins work; late cancellations are subject to the individual workshop's cancellation policy
- Refunds for prepaid services are handled at the workshop's discretion; TrickrGo is not liable for disputes over refunds between customers and workshops
- If you believe you have been unfairly charged, contact us at support@trickrgo.com and we will do our best to facilitate resolution
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the TrickrGo apps are
owned by or licensed to TrickrGo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or
create derivative works without our written permission.
Content you submit (photos, text, reviews) remains yours. By submitting it,
you grant TrickrGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for
operating and improving the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrickrGo is not liable for:
- The quality, safety, or outcome of any automotive service performed by a workshop
- Loss or damage to your vehicle while in the care of a workshop
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the apps
- App downtime, data loss, or service interruptions due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our control
10. Disclaimers
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind,
express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be error-free,
uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of
or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the apps evolve. Material changes will be
notified within the app or via the phone number registered to your account.
Continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.
